Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ThumbMagic.app (“ThumbMagic”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

ThumbMagic lets you generate, edit and export images for YouTube and other platforms using AI. We work continuously to improve the service and may add, change or remove features.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, give accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One free account per person.

Plans, free trials and renewal

• Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.
• Free trials last 3 days and require a payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and you are charged the price shown at sign-up.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may include taxes depending on where you live.

Credits

Credits are used to generate and edit images. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and refresh at the start of each billing month. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. When you start a paid plan and use it immediately, you ask us to begin providing the service right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Contact us if you believe you were charged by mistake.

Your content

You keep the rights to the prompts, uploads and thumbnails you create. You give us the permission we need to store, process and display them to provide the service to you. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload, including photos of other people.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content involving real people.
• No images of other people without their permission, and no impersonation.
• No content that infringes trademarks or copyrights.
• No attempts to abuse free credits, bypass the watermark or disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

AI-generated images can contain mistakes or resemble existing material. Review every thumbnail before you publish it. The service is provided “as is”.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
